ICF Credential

PCC minimum. MCC preferred. We verify every credential before network admission.

Assessment Fluency

You should be comfortable interpreting Hogan, DISC, MBTI, EQ-i, or equivalent instruments.

A short form covering your credentials, coaching specialties, assessment fluency, and coaching philosophy. We then schedule a 30-minute conversation to map your coaching strengths to our six dimensions. The entire process takes about a week.
Q.Is there a cost to join the network?
No. There is no fee to apply or join. We take a platform fee on matched engagements. You set your own coaching rates. We never compete on price.
Q.How many matches will I receive?
Quality over volume. Most coaches in our network receive two to five curated matches per quarter. Every match comes with a full executive intelligence report. You accept or decline each one.
Q.What if I decline a match?
Entirely your prerogative. We value coaches who decline engagements that are not a strong fit. It sharpens the algorithm and protects the executive experience. No penalty.
Q.What assessments do executives complete?
Executives complete a combination of psychometric instruments including Hogan HPI, Hogan HDS, DISC, EQ-i 2.0, and proprietary leadership dimension assessments. You see synthesized results, not raw data.
Q.Can I bring my existing clients onto the platform?
Yes. If you have executives who would benefit from the profiling and dimension tracking, we can onboard them. The platform adds value even to existing engagements through structured measurement.
