When exactly is the success fee charged?
Only when a candidate accepts your contact request and you confirm the hire in your dashboard. If a candidate declines, or the process does not result in a hire, no success fee is charged.
What counts as a confirmed hire?
You mark the placement as confirmed in your company dashboard once an offer has been accepted. This triggers the success fee invoice. We do not charge until you confirm.
Can I run multiple searches at the same time?
Yes. Each active search requires its own $2,500 platform fee. Success fees are charged separately per hire.
What triggers the 180-day replacement guarantee?
If the placed executive leaves within 180 calendar days of their confirmed start date — for any reason including resignation, termination, or mutual separation — you are entitled to a free replacement search. Simply contact us and we reopen immediately.
Is the replacement search truly free?
The replacement search itself is free — no new platform fee. A new success fee applies only when the replacement hire is confirmed, at the same rate as the original placement.
What if I am not happy with the candidates I see?
You are never obligated to make a hire. If the matches are not right, you pay only the $2,500 platform fee. There is no success fee until you hire someone and confirm it.
Are there any subscription or monthly fees?
